Refund Policy for R.e.f.i.n.e. Image Consulting

At R.e.f.i.n.e. Image Consulting, we take pride in the quality of our services and strive to ensure our clients are satisfied. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Work Commencement: Once work has commenced or images have been submitted, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our services.

2. Request for Refund: If you wish to request a refund for any reason, you must do so in writing before work has started. All requests must be sent to therefineapproach@gmail.com, and you will receive a confirmation of your request.

3. Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase if the service has not commenced.
